When will I receive my order?

The current turnaround time for all orders placed is 10 days. This time frame excludes weekends. Once your order is placed, you will receive notifications of your package tracking information.

Is there a pickup option?

SP Designs by Sr’Lis is not offering pickup at this present time. We currently offer shipping through various vendors such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Can I split my payments?

Payments cannot be split when making a purchase. Each garment is personalized for our customers and cannot be resold in the event a “split” purchase is not completed. Due to this nature, we request that payments are paid in full prior to production.
